The Challenge
Belairdirect aimed to strengthen its partnership with the CFL and enhance its presence at the Grey Cup events. Our team was tasked to create engaging activations during the CFL playoff games, the Grey Cup Festival, and on Grey Cup championship days.

The Solution
In 2018 and 2019, AM/FM partnered with Belairdirect to plan, execute, and run a series of dynamic activation events. The activations were designed to captivate fans and highlight Belairdirect’s association with the CFL. Each year, distinct activations were featured tailored to the unique aspects of the events in Edmonton and Calgary.

Execution
AM/FM handled all aspects of the activations, ensuring a smooth and seamless execution. Our team coordinated shipping and logistics, managed equipment rentals, and securely stored all necessary items. We provided thorough technology training for the brand ambassadors and ensured they were well-prepared to engage with fans. Additionally, we organized and managed the appearances of CFL players, adding a star-studded element to the activations.
